Foothills is more than a building, but it is also a large one — and it sits empty more often than it should. If you need space in northwest Calgary for a meeting or a class, a family gathering or a celebration, we probably have a room that fits.
What's available
The sanctuary
Tiered seating facing a full stage, with the sound and projection already in place. Suited to concerts, memorials, and anything with an audience.
The gym
An open floor with height above it. Sports and kids' programs, but also receptions and fairs that need room to move people around.
Hall and meeting rooms
Round tables for a class or a workshop, or a boardroom setup for something smaller. Several rooms, so more than one group can run at once.
The kitchen
Available alongside any of the spaces above — whether you're cooking on site or a caterer is dropping off.

Before you send it
- Bookings go in the church calendar first, so weekends fill early — a few weeks' notice helps.
- Some events need proof of insurance. Colleen will tell you if yours is one of them.
- Sunday mornings aren't available — the building is in use.
